Blue Cheese Covered Grapes.

1 Bunch of medium red seedless grapes.

1 Cup blue cheese.

1 Cup cream cheese.

1 Can mixed nuts.

Toothpicks.

Blend blue cheese and cream cheese with a wooden spoon leaving mixture slightly lumpy. Rinse grapes and dry with paper towel. Remove grapes from stem and insert toothpicks into each grape. Dip the grapes into the cheese mixture until covered with a thick coating. Put the mixed nuts into a plastic zip bag and using a maillot or heavy object crumble into small pieces. Place crumbled nuts into shallow dish and dip the grapes until they are fully covered. Put the covered grapes into the fridge for 15 minutes to allow the cheese mixture and nuts to set. Serve and Enjoy.

I think this is the easiest recipe. It will take probably 20 minutes to be ready to eat. I believe this is a gourmet recipe. I learn to do this while I was passing by a catering company. They have a showroom and from time to time they teach others how to do small, simple recipes like this. I added my personal touch, but over all the taste is amazing.

I did this with brie ... tweaked the process ... had to melt it a little ... and I used pears as well. Thanks for posting this ... can't wait for more!
